As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Architect, you will take a hands-on approach during the execution of IT projects. You will define best practices, lead technical design sessions, and document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyse complex systems and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with other architects and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive working solution.
  • Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
  • Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing capabilities based on business requirements and solution design.

Skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline.
  • Exposure to multiple diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments but specifically around Salesforce technologies.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Good understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks.
  • Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful but not required.
  • Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Certified Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud features and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
  • Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network, and security.
  • Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work with developers.
