Children Residential Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at Cambian Complex Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for the children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement individual care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in a residential care setting, preferably with children and young people.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
