About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Team Associate to join our team at Smith Dairy Queens, Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Perform daily cleaning duties in the chill area, as assigned by management staff or shift leaders.
- Prepare food products quickly and accurately, following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, traveling up to three times for each customer within a 40-customer-per-hour limit during shifts.
- Move cases of food/paper products, buckets of sanitizing liquid or cleaner, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times per six-hour shift.
- Operate effectively in various temperature ranges and handle food/drinks/treats consistently throughout the shift.
- Follow established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations.
A competitive salary range of $30,000 - $45,000 per year, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to launch their career in the food service industry.
