Wilson Vale is an award-winning contract caterer with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. We're now looking for a talented Senior Kitchen Team Member to join our team at one of our conference venues in Birmingham.
With our focus on delivering outstanding customer service and meeting our high standards, we need someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for food and cooking.
This role involves working collaboratively with our chefs to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste. You will also be responsible for managing stock levels and ordering supplies, as well as contributing to menu planning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
- Work effectively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and ensure consistency in presentation and taste
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and assist with menu planning and implementation
Salary Range: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum. Plus a range of benefits that support your well-being and career development.
