We're now seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team, supporting our developments across West Sussex & Hampshire. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our homeowners receive exceptional care and attention to detail in resolving any post-completion issues.
Your Role
- You will work closely with our Customer Care Manager to complete and coordinate any necessary remedial work, guaranteeing homeowners' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to identify and address any issues promptly, demonstrating your expertise in minor repair works.
- Liaise with contractors and our construction team to facilitate smooth communication and resolution for larger remedial works.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners, contractors, and our site team, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
- Provide regular updates to homeowners on the status of their reported issues, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns.
- Keep meticulous records of all works carried out, communicating regularly with the Customer Care Manager to tackle recurring issues.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills when handling escalated matters, upholding Dandara's reputation for excellence.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technician or trades-based role within the construction, property, or new homes sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive attitude and customer-centric focus.
- A valid Full UK Driving License and flexibility to travel to various sites within our Southern region as required.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of £38,000 - £55,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
