Adult Care Professional

Active Care Group is a leading provider of complex care services in the UK.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, supporting an 18-year-old male client with complex health needs in his family home.
This role involves providing personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical equipment management, including PEG feeds. The successful candidate will be fully supported by a Clinical Care Manager for all training and development requirements.
Salary: £11.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
