Content Marketing Specialist

At Citation, we're on the hunt for a creative content enthusiast to help propel our fast-paced and growing Group Marketing team to a new level.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of content and copywriting experience under their belt, who wants to join a marketing team that puts content front and centre.
As a Content and Community Marketing Executive, you'll work alongside our wider content team to develop career-building skills, from beavering away on blogs to putting a shine on sales collateral.
Your creative flair will contribute towards:
- Designing and executing powerful content strategies for both acquisition and nurture purposes across multiple brands within The Citation Group.
- Producing copy for online and offline channels, including the website, marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and videos.
- Building strong relationships with internal subject matter experts.
- Utilising tools like Jasper AI for efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Creating SEO-optimised landing page and blog content, working from briefs and keeping a keen eye on conversion.
- Collaborating closely with the graphic design team on marketing activity, including infographics, video ideas, and social content.
- Proofreading written work and ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Collaborating with a team of Content Executives and a Social Media Executive to produce best-in-class content across the Group and share knowledge and successes.
- Managing your own time and juggling multiple projects at once, while sticking to deadlines.
- Having a passion for all things brand, content, and communications, and understanding the importance of resonating with the target audience.
We're looking for someone with a relevant degree (English/Journalism) and up to two years of experience in content creation, with experience working with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) and AI tools responsibly for content ideation and creation.
