Content Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced Group Marketing team at The Citation Group. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing powerful content strategies across multiple brands within our Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute content strategies for both acquisition and nurture purposes
  • Produce high-quality copy for online and offline channels, including the website, marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and videos
  • Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts
  • Utilize tools like Jasper AI to create efficient and high-quality content
  • Develop SEO-optimized landing page and blog content, working from briefs and prioritizing conversion
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team on marketing activity, including infographics, video ideas, and social content
  • Proofread written work and ensure all content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Work closely with a team of Content Executives and a Social Media Executive to produce best-in-class content across the Group

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Up to two years of experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems, such as WordPress
  • Experience using AI tools responsibly for content ideation and creation
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar task management systems
