Clinical Nutrition Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced Nutrition Specialist Nurse to join the team at Hywel Dda University Health Board.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will be responsible for a caseload of patients with enteral and parenteral feeding tubes, coordinating their inpatient and community care, working with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient safety.
Key Requirements- Registered General Nurse with a 1st Level Degree
- Demonstrable knowledge of the role of nutritional care in nursing
- Post-graduate diploma in nursing or significant post-registration experience in a relevant specialist field
