Job Title: Head of Trading Compliance, EMEA

Attribution Search is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our trading compliance efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Global CCO, EMEA CCO, and EMEA GC to refine and enhance our Legal and Compliance platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment compliance, with a proven track record in implementing RTS 6 under MiFID II. You will provide expert trading advisory compliance for our front-office teams, ensuring that our algorithmic trading strategies adhere to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust compliance framework in collaboration with portfolio managers, traders, and risk teams.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and advise on their impact on our operations.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing oversight of RTS 6 under MiFID II.
  • Provide trading advisory compliance for front-office teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in investment compliance within a hedge fund, investment bank, or similar financial institution.
  • Proven track record in implementing RTS 6 for MiFID II, with a deep understanding of the associated regulatory landscape.
  • Strong background in algorithmic trading, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex trading strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
