Executive Support Specialist

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Elliott Global Service leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating complex logistics, managing calendars, and providing administrative assistance to the Vice President, Regional Directors, and other senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Quarterly GS Staff Meetings (Domestic and International): Research venue/event site options, arrange travel and lodging, organize meeting arrangements, prepare invitation letters, and review monthly invoices.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the Vice President, Regional Directors, and other executives, including managing incoming calls and correspondence, renewing memberships and subscriptions, and processing invoices and expenses.
- Manage active calendars of appointments and travel schedules, coordinate meetings, and act as a representative for the company with outside business agencies.
- Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving problems in a professional manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience or an associate's degree plus 5 years of executive assistant experience is required.
- Strong professional communication skills, including verbal and written communication, are essential.
- Global and cross-cultural experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with online calendars and Microsoft Office products is required.
- Previous experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information is required.
Location
The successful candidate will be based in Silchester, Reading, RG7 2PQ.
Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
