Job Title: Charity Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving income growth and strategic partnerships in the charity sector? Do you have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business plans that deliver results? We are seeking an exceptional Charity Manager to join our team at the KFC Youth Foundation.

About the Role:

The Charity Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational management of the KFC Youth Foundation. This includes supporting the Foundation's overall objectives, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of our Youth Hub strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial focus, with the ability to develop and implement an income diversification strategy that will make our buildings and services sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an income diversification strategy that aligns with the organisational strategy and ensures the sustainability of our buildings and services.
  2. Identify and develop strong commercial partnerships that will drive growth and revenue for the Foundation.
  3. Work closely with Hub Managers to create new streams of revenue and secure future income for the Regional Youth Hubs.
  4. Maintain a good understanding of the local and national context for our services and ensure that our strategy is aligned with these factors.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business plans that deliver results.
  • Strong commercial focus with the ability to develop and implement an income diversification strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with young people and staff.
  • Significant experience leading and delivering on income generation and associated activities through diverse streams.
  • A personal commitment to the KFC Youth Foundation's mission to help young people achieve their potential.
