Sales Executive Opportunity

Austin Fraser is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team based in Lowestoft, Suffolk. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone.

Job Description:

  • Generate outbound calls to end users, discussing our products and identifying their needs to drive sales growth.
  • Support the account management team by facilitating referrals and other sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs around sales targets and appointments booked.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
  • Holiday: 23 Days per annum, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Employee extras such as: Provision of Company lunches 4 days per week and Employee Assistance Programme.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and consistently meet and exceed sales targets. You will have previous sales experience and a strong grasp of CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite.
