Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Air Traffic Operations Coordinator to join JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business. This role is based in Prestwick and involves providing support for Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEW) as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site.

About the Role

This role requires a strong organisational skillset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, organise and prioritise their work, and demonstrate attention to detail. A professional telephone manner, flexibility within the role, and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inductions for JMC contractors/GEWs.
  • Manage GEW annual leave requests, sickness, and unauthorised absences.
  • Liaise with client resource co-ordinators regarding manpower requirements.
  • Be responsible for the distribution of JMC work wear and ensure that competitor clothing is not worn.
  • Help with contractor/GEW queries.
  • Evaluate company compliance in conjunction with JMC administration team.
