Key Responsibilities:- Supporting children with ASD in the classroom and during activities
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with ASD
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging social interaction and emotional development
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress
- Experience working with children, ideally with ASD
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of individual pupils
- A passion for helping children achieve their potential
- A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
