About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Teaching Assistant at our primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers and pupils in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing lesson materials and equipment for teachers.
  • Assisting students with their learning and providing feedback to teachers.
  • Supervising students during group activities, sports events, and school outings.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean learning environment.
Key Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a relevant Childcare/Teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children in a primary school or nursery setting.
