About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic smart metering exchange team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, scheduling smart meter appointments, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.
  • Schedule smart meter appointments and manage administrative tasks, such as generating letters for our customers.
  • Work closely with various departments to find innovative solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Manage a high-volume call center environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCSE level educational background.
  • Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Superb organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
