Senior Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Spa Therapist to join our team in Tetbury, UK.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a high standard of personal appearance. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering spa treatments to guests, supporting the Beauty Manager, mentoring junior therapists, and meeting retail targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional spa experiences for guests, exceeding their expectations.
  • Support the Beauty Manager in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Mentor and train junior therapists in treatment procedures and products.
  • Meet and exceed retail targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks as requested by management to ensure smooth spa operations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • High standard of personal appearance, including grooming and presentation.
  • Proficiency in daily computer use, with confidence in navigating software systems.
  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall success.
  • Must have own transport for traveling between locations.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Job Details:

Estimated salary: £27,650 per annum + commission.
