We are working closely with a reputable service provider in Gloucestershire to find an experienced Registered Manager for a 4-bedded residential facility catering to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This long-established, family-owned organisation has been a cornerstone of the Gloucestershire community for over a decade, consistently achieving outstanding ratings for both children's and adults' services.
The Director brings extensive experience in psychology, focusing on tailored therapeutic approaches, and has built each service around the core principle of prioritising the well-being of the individuals they care for.
About the RoleYou will receive comprehensive induction training and be offered a competitive salary ranging from £31,000 to £35,000, commensurate with your experience. You will join a team of fully qualified professionals who offer excellent training and progression opportunities.
