Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Sales Manager to join our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and communicating effectively with our area new homes support team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise at all levels, with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience.

Remuneration Package

  • Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
  • Working Pattern: 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
  • Car Allowance or Company Car
  • Holiday Commission
  • 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven listing / business generation track record
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business
  • A full driving license
  • Live in the Surrey / Sussex area
