At PSR Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team in the Mansfield area. The ideal candidate will facilitate effective communication between residents, sub-contractors, client representatives, and our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • We require our Tenant Liaison Officer to ensure implementation of all Company Policies and Procedures, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • They will develop strong relationships with client representatives, including the housing department, to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach, keeping tenants informed regarding the programme.
  • The successful candidate will assess high-risk/vulnerable residents and work with the Site Manager to tailor works according to the risk level.
  • They will conduct property condition surveys and appliance surveys with photographs with the Resident before works start in the home.
  • Our ideal candidate will consult with resident representatives and groups, arranging meetings to communicate the programme, gather feedback, and discuss locally significant issues with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer and Community Investment Team.
  • They will arrange appointments for surveys and works, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Our Resident Engagement Specialist will send out letters confirming all survey and work dates.
  • They will manage complaints in line with our complaints procedure.
  • Distribute high-quality, easy-to-understand communication materials as requested.
  • Participate in Project Management meetings as required.
  • Engage in community initiatives and awareness, such as newsletters and safety competitions, by working alongside the Senior RLO and Community Investment Team.
  • Provide aftercare packs and instruct on new installations.
  • Observe site Health & Safety rules and report any risks and near misses immediately to the site manager.
  • Arrange satisfaction surveys for all residents, collating responses and working with the Senior RLO to use feedback to improve our service.
