About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to join our in-house creative team at the National Trust. As a key member of our Communications and Marketing directorate, you will play a vital role in telling remarkable stories and promoting the mission of Europe's largest conservation charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of innovative design solutions across both online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with strategists, writers, digital media specialists, production, and the wider marketing team to create compelling work that is original, clear, and impactful.
  • Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, thriving in collaborative, cross-functional settings.
