Principal Designer Opportunity at Brandon James

A dynamic, multidisciplinary firm specialising in both Architecture and Building Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer to join their Bristol office.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company who already have a massive, strong CDM and Principal Design team in London.

The Principal Designer Role

You will have the opportunity to work across both the consultancy and architecture sides of the business, focusing initially on challenging refurbishment projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, prisons, and transport.

This role offers excellent career progression, with the opportunity to advance to Associate Director in a short time frame. You will also collaborate with the London-based CDM team, as well as have the chance to influence and build a brand-new team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Principal Designer and CDM services with extensive experience
  2. Lead projects autonomously with a strategic mindset for future team development
  3. Manage complex refurbishments within healthcare, education, and transport sectors
