Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people in our care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Ensure that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. social work, childcare, education).
  • Proven experience of working in a children’s home or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
