About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Registered Home Manager to join our team. As a Children's Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and activities within the home
  • Offer support and guidance to the staff team
  • Liaise with SMT and HR department to help manage and recruit the staff team
  • Ensure the home meets at least a GOOD rating with OFSTED
  • Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management (or working towards)
  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
  • Registered Manager experience
What We Offer
