Alexa Shopping Operations at Amazon strives to become the most reliable source for dataset generation and annotations. We collaborate with Shopping feature teams to enhance customer experience (CX) quality across shopping features, devices, and locales.

Key Responsibilities

The Process Lead will actively seek to understand Amazon's core business values and initiatives, and translate those into everyday practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
  • Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
  • Driving business/operational metrics through quantitative decision making and adoption of different tools and resources.
  • Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
  • Collaborating effectively with other teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), Language Engineers (LaEs) to support launches of new processes and services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience of 3+ years.
  2. Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in German - verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension. Required language level.
  3. Identifying areas for process improvement and SOP enhancement, and developing actionable plans for implementation.
  4. Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation and open AI's.
