Job Overview

Our client, a renowned international organization, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their thriving team in London. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 and the chance to work on various projects and procedures.

You will be responsible for uploading drawings onto Electronic Document Management Systems, controlling archive and storage of drawings, ensuring timely release of new drawings or changes, managing documentation of supplier drawing comments, maintaining all drawing records, providing assistance to internal and external technical teams, establishing procedures for information flow within projects and across the practice, liaising with external teams, training new and existing team members, and reporting statistical information to project leaders.

To succeed in this role, you will need an advanced understanding of Electronic Document Management Systems, particularly Conject, prior experience working in a similar role on medium to large-scale projects, accuracy and attention to detail, methodical approach, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Aconex, Business Collaborator, Documentum, and Meridian. If you are highly organized, detail-conscious, and able to persuade, influence, and advise effectively, we encourage you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position.
