Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Senior Carer to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Residential Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, providing training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, previous experience in a residential care setting, and proven team leadership skills. You will be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
