We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Night Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to the development of care plans.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a team. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
