About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that promotes resident well-being

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualized care and support
