About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Professional Risks Team Leader to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Provide expert advice on professional risks insurance and manage risk-related projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to senior management on business performance and trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in professional risks insurance, with a strong background in team leadership and business development.
- Qualifications: Relevant insurance qualifications, such as CII or ACII.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of professional risks insurance, including liability, professional indemnity, and directors' and officers' liability insurance.
