Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Risks Team Leader to join our successful and experienced centralized team at Brown & Brown (Europe). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in professional risks insurance.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve agreed renewal retention and new business targets.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions with team members to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
  • Manage staffing levels, including recruitment and training, to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in professional risks insurance, with a strong understanding of PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports, and to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding business targets.
