Professional Risks Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Risks Team Leader to join our successful and experienced centralised team based out of our new offices in Bath.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team to achieve the required renewals and new business results while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support your team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately
  • Audit staff on a monthly basis and provide feedback
  • Carry out annual and mid-year reviews with team members
  • Complete necessary training and prepare for regular 1-2-1s and year-end review

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Professional Risks Insurances
  • Experience in either Broking or Underwriting or both with PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances
  • Strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
