Professional Risks Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Risks Team Leader to join our successful and experienced centralised team based out of our new offices in Bath.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage your team to achieve required renewals and new business results while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure all monies are collected and allocated appropriately.
  • Audit staff on a monthly basis and provide feedback, as well as conduct Annual and Mid-Year reviews with team members.
  • Complete necessary training and prepare for regular 1-2-1s and year-end review.
  • Log all training and development on your Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPD).
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Professional Risks Insurances.
  • Experience in either Broking or Underwriting or both with PI and/or Financial Lines Insurances.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines.
