Position Overview: We are expanding our Construction division and are on the lookout for experienced recruitment consultants with a background in construction, civil engineering, and architecture throughout the UK.
Within our Construction division, we specialize in placing professionals in various sectors, including residential construction, civil engineering, highways, rail, and architectural services.
This is an exciting opportunity to engage in a vibrant sector that is currently experiencing a high demand for skilled professionals to oversee significant projects.
Primary Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, comprehend their recruitment needs, and clarify job specifications.
- Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Discover top-tier professionals in the construction field and conduct comprehensive evaluations.
- Management of Recruitment Processes: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, coordinate interviews, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Recognize new business prospects and enhance client relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a history of achieving sales objectives.
- Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools, preferably with experience in the construction recruitment sector.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary for site visits.
