    About the Role

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing trusted relationships with current and potential clients.

    Key responsibilities include providing personalised investment advice and portfolio management to clients, ensuring that investment portfolios are managed in line with the Company's investment philosophies and process.

    Key Responsibilities

  1. Look after and support client needs
  2. Build new client relationships and develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing service to help minimise attrition, and to deliver new instructions and referrals as a result of satisfied clients
  3. Structure and lead client meetings in a professional manner, ensuring all information provided is up to date, technically accurate and meets clients' needs
  4. Construct and maintain suitable portfolios in line with the clients' requirements, circumstances, tax situation and attitude to risk
  5. Review portfolios regularly and make portfolio changes consulting with colleagues, where appropriate
  6. Work in partnership with Financial Planning (FP) and Professional Services (PS) colleagues to develop client relationships
  7. Ensure comprehensive client records are kept and that these are accurate and up to date at all times and in line with Group policy

    Qualifications and Requirements

    We are looking for a minimum Level 6 Qualified or Chartered status, an understanding of the financial services industry and investment market, experience of managing client investment portfolios and providing investment advice, experience of remodelling newly acquired portfolios and bringing them into line with the investment policy, technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging investment management strategies and solutions, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, experience of leading pitches and winning new business, and experience of operating within a risk management framework together with a thorough understanding of the risks and threats pertaining to a private client business.
