Baltimore Consulting Limited is a leading consulting firm providing expert services in building safety and asset management. We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Transformation Director to lead our asset management service, focusing on building safety and compliance. The successful candidate will have significant experience in residential building safety, large-scale safety transformation programs, and managing regulated environments.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic safety-first asset management services for council housing residents.
- Lead the workforce of the asset management housing repairs and maintenance business innovation services.
- Implement the council's new housing IT system in the areas of repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure high-quality services that meet resident needs.
- Provide advice to the executive director on existing structures and practices in relation to asset management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on residential building safety.
- Experience managing large capital programs, complex contracts, and in-house services.
- Strong performance culture establishment and maintenance.
- Experience managing large-scale safety transformation programs.
- Experience in regulated environments with the Social Housing Regulator.
**Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a 6-12 month interim contract. The salary is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes market rate pay with flexibility for the right candidate. The role is inside IR35.
