About Us

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team, responsible for managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements;
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring prompt payment and delivery of materials;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in contracts management;
  • HND in Building Studies Level 4 - Building Studies BSc (Hons) or equivalent qualification;
  • Membership of CIOB or similar professional body;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
