We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team at National Grid. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our investor engagement strategy, building strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and communicating our company's financial performance and strategy to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investor engagement strategies to build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial results and other key information to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our finance team to develop and communicate our company's financial performance and strategy.
- Work closely with our corporate communications team to develop and execute our investor relations communications strategy.
- Provide analysis and insights to support our company's business decisions and investor relations activities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and provide recommendations to our management team on how to respond to changing market conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, including equity, debt, and derivatives.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis, including financial statement analysis and forecasting.
