**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our team as the Registered Manager of a new children's home in Bristol/South Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the well-being and safety of our young residents, and working collaboratively with our team to provide holistic care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless support and services for our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
