Cover Support Professional

GSL Education is seeking a skilled Cover Support Professional to work in a vibrant school in Market Harborough.
In this role, you will oversee lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Managing classes during teacher absences
- Ensuring students remain on-task and follow the lesson plan
- Providing positive reinforcement and addressing disruptions
- Offering feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
- Complying with safeguarding and child protection policies
We require a minimum of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with experience working with young people desirable but not essential.
A competitive salary of £90 - £110 per day will be offered, dependent on experience.
