About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Market Harborough, supporting learning disabled adults to build a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with service users and their families to achieve their goals.
  • Support service users with daily tasks, such as medication management, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Encourage and facilitate social activity, promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • A range of flexible working hours, including early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

Requirements
  • A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
