Radiographer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team as a specialist in Interventional Radiology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in radiography and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities- Rotate through Cardiac Catheter Labs and Interventional Radiology, maintaining established radiographic skills
- Develop and maintain expertise in specialized imaging modalities, including CT, angiography, and MRI
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in out-of-hours on-call service, including weekends and bank holidays
- HCPC registration and evidence of CPD and reflective practice
- Documented experience in imaging and radiography
- Understanding of relevant legislation and radiation regulations
- Awareness of Radiographers Code of Conduct
- Postgraduate diploma qualification or equivalent experience
- Leadership course and short student teaching course
- Ability to empathize with patients and carers, and demonstrate initiative and flexibility
