We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Kidderminster, UK. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
