Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Residential Children's Home Team Leader to join our team at Helm Care Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's workforce
  • Experience of leading a team in a residential setting
  • Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
