Job Title: Hearing Aid Audiologist

Amplifon is a world-leading private hearing specialist operating in 26 countries. We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team in the UK.

About the Role:

We are looking for a registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC to deliver excellence in customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients. As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will be responsible for administering hearing tests, assessing client needs, and providing an aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer hearing tests and assess client needs
  • Provide an aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme
  • Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management
  • Ensure that the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Deliver a positive Amplifon customer journey experience that exceeds expectations
  • Act as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC

What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £40,000 p.a depending on experience
