Job Title: Hearing Aid Audiologist

Job Summary:

Amplifon is seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team. As a world-leading private hearing specialist, we offer a range of innovative diagnostic testing, fitting, and hearing aid technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients.
  • Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of available options.
  • Provide aftercare services in line with the Amplifon aftercare program.
  • Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management.
  • Ensure the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
  • Act as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal guidelines.
  • Meet commercial objectives and customer needs by planning the clinic diary.
  • Deliver KPIs to planned levels and address underperformance with timely action plans.

Requirements:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
  • Exceptional customer care and service standards.
  • Commercial sensitivity.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Action-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and judgment ability.
  • Effective communication style.
  • Numerate.
  • Organized and efficient with time.
  • Drive and tenacity.

Desirable:

  • Full driving license.
  • Proven commercial experience.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £40,000 p.a. depending on experience.
  • Uncapped Variable Pay.
