Job Title: Hearing Aid Audiologist

Amplifon is a world-leading private hearing specialist operating in 26 countries. We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team in the UK.

About the Role

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and audiology services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs
  • Providing aftercare services in line with our aftercare programme
  • Managing the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator
  • Ensuring a professional, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Acting as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service
  • Commercial sensitivity
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Action-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and judgement ability
  • Effective communication style

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to £40,000 p.a. depending on experience, uncapped variable pay, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday, employee assistance program, auto-enrolment pension, and Perkbox employee benefits.

We also offer possible relocation assistance of up to £2,000 for candidates willing to relocate and eligibility to apply for private dental and medical insurance after successful completion of probation.
