Support Services Coordinator

About the Role:
Cawood Scientific is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and communication history.
- Coordinate the collection and return of samples, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of certificates and other customer documents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a scientific or laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable transportation, as occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
