Job Overview:
This Quality Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the South Wales Blood and Marrow Transplant Programme at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. You will play a critical role in maintaining JACIE accreditation, implementing and managing the Quality Management System, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain JACIE accreditation for the SWBMT Programme
  • Implement and manage the Quality Management System
  • Risk management within the SWBMT Programme

Requirements:
  • Educated to master's degree level or equivalent experience in a regulatory/accreditation environment
  • Continuous Professional Development

Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum.
